7. Potatoes
Baked potatoes contain a lot of carbohydrates, but they’re not all bad. A medium-sized baked potato (173 grams) has 36.6 grams of carbohydrates, 3.8 of which are fiber, 30 of which are starch, and 2 of which are sugars. Potatoes also contain plenty essential vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin B6, niacin, folate, potassium, manganese, and many others.
12. Buckwheat
Surprisingly, buckwheat is not related to wheat and does not contain gluten. Buckwheat is an incredibly nutritious pseudocereal—meaning that it is not a grain. One cup of raw buckwheat contains 122 g of carbohydrates and 17 g of fiber. It also provides almost 100% of your daily recommended intake of manganese, copper, and magnesium—and a very substantial amount of riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, iron, and selenium.
MOLYBDENUM
Molybdenum is the most effective substance you can take to eliminate acetaldehyde, the neurotoxin that causes many Candida symptoms. The ‘glycinate’ form tends to be well absorbed and tolerated.
